The law on data has changed on 25th May 2018. These new policies reflect the changes and are applicable to Ark Swift as part of the Ark network.

Please click for a copy of our consent forms for the use of photos and videos. Parents/carers are asked to complete these when pupils join the school, and we update this information regularly. Please ask us if you have any concerns about the use of photos etc or if you would like more information.
